Before the tip-off, there are some things you need to know! Here is everything you need to prep for an Insider Exposure event, including accommodations, schedules, and key resources.

Step 1
REGISTER FOR THE GAME
Make sure you’re registered for the next tournament, then check back to access game times, locations, and updates leading up to the event.Â
Step 2
COACHES PACKETS
Purchase a College Coaches Packet to access event information, player insights, and additional resources. You will be redirected to our Square site.
Step 3
BOOK YOUR HOTEL
Book discounted, event-approved hotels near your venue that offer tournament guests the best amenities at the lowest published regular room rates.
PLAN AHEAD
- Confirm game locations and start times in advance
- Allow time for travel, parking, and venue check in
- Pack uniforms, any needed equipment, and medical supplies
- Bring all required documents, including College Coaches Packets if needed
- Check the schedule regularly for updates
GAME DAY CHECKLIST
- Arrive on time: 30 minutes before first game, 1 hour for others
- Be game ready at scheduled tip-off
- Home team provides official scorebook (confirm scoring duties and verify accuracy)
- Rostered players/coaches only on the bench; follow sideline rules
- Respect officials, staff, opponents, and event/venue policies
