Founded in the early 2000s in Jacksonville, Florida, Insider Exposure hosts some of the most competitive girls’ basketball tournaments in the Southeast.

At every event, our mission remains the same: to create competitive, high-exposure environments that highlight athletes’ skills, connect them with college coaches, and celebrate the game that brings us all together.

John McGraw has spent over two decades helping girls’ basketball players reach their potential and pursue college opportunities. As the founder of Insider Exposure, he’s passionate about creating events that highlight talent and build lasting connections within the basketball community. John’s commitment to developing athletes goes beyond the court, focusing on character, leadership, and personal growth.

David Kent has been involved in the game of basketball for over 20 years and brings more than a decade of experience in player evaluations. His deep knowledge of the sport and commitment to its growth have made him a trusted voice in identifying and developing basketball talent.

Kayla Konnick

Kayla Konnick is a graduate of the University of Florida with a deep passion for sports and youth development. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for young athletes to compete at an elite level and gain meaningful experiences both on and off the court.
