The Beast of the East brought together some of the top travel basketball programs for a weekend filled with competitive games, standout performances, and championship moments in Greensboro, North Carolina. Teams competed across multiple divisions throughout the event, with high-energy matchups and strong play highlighting the tournament from opening tip to the final championship games.
Several programs emerged as division champions after impressive tournament runs. Phoenix Elite won the Atlantic Division Open Source Championship, while Team Elite Hubbard 3SSB captured the Atlantic Division Sovereign Championship. Lady Royals Select earned the Carolina Division title, and Carolina All In Jevon claimed the Piedmont Division Championship.
Additional champions included Team Hickory in the Coastal Division, Virginia Hurricanes in the Blue Ridge Division, CP3 Academy in the Triad Division, and Team Mack in the Magnolia Division. MKW Elite also had a standout weekend, with MKW Elite 2031 winning the Tar Heel Division Championship and MKW Elite 2032 capturing the Next Gen Division Championship.
The event once again showcased the talent, energy, and competitiveness that continue to make grassroots basketball one of the fastest-growing levels of the game.
